No warning on no returns or refunds

If a company refuses returns and refunds for unopened, unused products then they should explicitly state that before checking out. I bought this system in a state of panic after learning my husband might need a knee replacement and thought I’d be able to return if he didn’t end up needing it, only to find out there is no return or refunds. I completely understand the policy for medical equipment that has been opened, but I never opened the manufactures packaging. If you have a strict no return policy it would be nice to be warned upfront.

Had foot surgery 11/25..been back at work since 3/26..foot always swollen and hurting..I work in a plant and am walking on concrete floors in steel toe shoes 8-10 hrs a day...this machine has helped me to be able to walk with less of a limp & pains when I get off work. I wish I had bought it sooner

My second unit. The new one came in damaged and I notified the seller and Breg is providing a replacement at no cost.
