I tried Delta G first for a half marathon- I used half a bottle before and half during. I never felt as good during or after. I then read more about the products and had a phone consultation and decided to use them to help lose some of the extra COVID/winter weight. It has been a godsend for me. I feel like a fog is being lifted using the ketone with intermittent fasting. My sleep has never been better, my motivation to do things is better, my mental functioning seems much clearer and I have lost 10 pounds while still being able to do strong work outs. It is definitely pricey but it works!!!
