Endurance and Recovery

A cyclist in norcal. At 36 years of age, my recovery isnt horrible with a good diet, sans alcohol, oh and when I can sleep well, which isn't often. I also overload faster than when I was in my 20s. Throw in some delta g (1/2btl each) pre and post tough workouts/events and I'm feeling better than I have in years. The "well" is deeper in the effort, with more mental acuity. However where they really shine for me is in the recovery phase imho. Im adding muscle more readily somewhat despite the conditions. It still takes great nutrition, protein/carbs, rest, however it happens faster with delta g, and you physically feel fresh sooner. The product seems to blunt the problems associated with the deep fatigue that often results from large efforts physical sports efforts.
