Collagen Peptides

Good product, taste isnt very pleasant, but you can always mix it into stuff to masque the off putting flavor. But I normally just take it with creatine powder and some water. Only on month one, and seeing improvements in skin and hair. Will continue to use it daily to see what other improvements may occur.

I was disappointed this time. Ive used the collagen for two months and loved it! This time it taste as if its sour milk. Not sure if i got a bad batch or what but i cant get past the smell or taste this time. But before now ir was great!

After taking this product for many many months now, my partner and I see no benefit whatsoever. I am giving this product 2 stars, as this is the only collagen product I tried that doesn't give me stomach pains. Maybe it will work for you.
