Game Changer
This was a game changer for me. After use I have less muscle tension and recover way easier. Wonderful to use at bedtime for extra relaxation and consistent sleeps. The dosage is 4 large pills but I just take them in two doses, I’m getting more water then… right? I recommend this this magnesium glycinate.

Great supplement.
Since our bodies don’t produce this we need to replenish everyday. I have been using this for 15 years.

Makes me sleepy
Seems to work well. Helps me get to sleep faster, but I still wake up 4-5 hours later. Probably has nothing to do with the supplement at all. No side effects. Fast shipping
