Control panel problems on two units

While I love the concept of the ice and compression, I have had horrible luck with this particular unit. After having hip replacement surgery and in definite need of an ice machine, I have had two units control panels break within the first day of use. I just received number three and all within 8 days. Needless to say, I am deeply disappointed.

All and all the unit is pretty good. There was a sizing issue to begin with the measurements or not accurate so check with the team I ordered an extra large when I needed a large. The polar bags for ice do not last I've already gone through half of mine in 4 weeks and I've ordered a new set. Finally the velcro with compression sleeve has been pulling off. I have to keep it a little looser than I would like . That said I'm very pleased overall
