Loved the Flexibility Provided by the Battery Pack

I would consider the battery pack an essential. It made for easier placement of the machine (not dependent on a cord) and for flexibility in changing locations.

Great Customer Service!!

First off we had some issues with our Kodiak and customer service was amazing and immediately sent us a replacement!! The Berg kodiak parts are labeled well and unit is easy to use if you read instructions and/or watch corresponding video. MCT provides helpful, detailed videos for every aspect of these units. We used 4 frozen water bottles and it was plenty cold. We got the battery pack which is super convenient for husband going up to his office and being able to work some while still getting relief. My husband is 5’ 7 160 lbs and the regular sz shoulder pad provided sufficient covering. This unit has made recovery of a Rotator Cuff surgery way more tolerable and my husband couldn’t imagine recovering without this unit!! Berg cold therapy units are worth every penny and this company is very reliable and professional!! Highly recommend!!!
