Assembling hip pad and connecting to the CUBE is difficult for me with out assistance. Being left handed adds to the problem.

Great product except…

This is a great product, and it does what it’s designed to do, and it’s easy to service. I use frozen Gatorade bottles with water in them. Here’s the reason I can’t recommend it. There’s no Switch!!! I’m surprised that no one in your organization noticed that… not having a switch is not only an inconvenience, it will cause premature failure of the plug. Know your market. People who would benefit from this unit most likely are having a hard time getting around. Using a plug for a switch is really hard to deal with. My daughter actually loaned me this to try for an l4-l5 fusion that was just performed on me. However, I would not purchase this unit because of this oversight. I would suggest a “pigtail” with a switch.

Effective

This is a hip extension for the Breg cube. It attached easily to an old model of the machine. It is relatively easy to apply to the body. It stays in place as long as the patient doesn't scrunch around. It delivers icy water to the area very effectively.
