I am so impressed with their legendary customer service!!! I placed the order the day before my surgery knowing it wouldn’t be here in time but lo and behold a lady who works there called me unsolicited to tell me she could 2nd day air the part I needed … I could not believe that someone actually looked at my surgery date & proactively reached out!!! Now, that’s excellent customer service!!!

Shoulder attachment did not work. Tried to return but company pushed back, and they never sent promised follow up.

Great for big shoulders. XL size.
