It also has L-Lysine in it which is great for overall cellular health and cardiovascular health, per Dr. Linus Pauling. This Vitamin C tastes great! Strongly recommend!

This powder is hard to take

Although it has the right formula, this powder simply does not taste good! This makes it difficult to take and this is a nutrient formula I need for my health. I won't be buying it again.
