Curry Leaves, Dried, Certified Organic - 1 oz

They're great! Not as good as the real thing but good as they can be I believe. Good garnish too.

Had a recipe that included curry leaves. I knew I had no chance of finding fresh, so I found dried leaves at this site. The recipe was for a rice side dish to roast chicken in milk (Julius Roberts). The dish was delicious and I will be using curry leaves a lot more often.

AS good as it gets if fresh curry leaves are not available :)!
