Lovely, fresh fragrance and taste. I expected Vindaloo to have more heat. This one's quite mild. But excellent flavor.

It's equally important to me that my husband is happy with what I make! He loves salads. Today I used this Pure Indian Vindaloo Curry Seasoning to make a Tahini-Vindaloo Dressing for a Farro and Lentil Salad. It made an umami rich dish that was satisfying on its own, and would also make a great side for fish, chicken or pork.
