Mustard Seed Brown, Certified Organic

Posted on the yellow seeds as well: I made a fermented spicy mustard with the yellow and brown mustard seeds. It took about a week to ferment, and another week in the fridge before it was ready. The mustard definitely has a kick to it, but it's perfect. It's supposed to get better as it ages, but I'm not sure it will last that long.
