This one pot mix is easy to make in an instant pot or rice cooker. I wish the mix would come in larger portions in addition to the single serving size. I add vegetables and extra kitchari spice blend and salt when I cook this one pot mix.

I like that the grains are sprouted and that it is a good tasting combination.
