The mung bean was great making Asian desserts. I like how it was gluten-free. If I wanted to buy mung beans again, I would definitely buy the brand and recommend it to anyone who is gluten-free.

I store the moong dal in a glass mason jar. I cook it in an instant pot, first melting ghee, adding fresh ginger and freshly ground kitchari spice mix, then the moong dal and water. I pressure cook for 15 minutes and let it naturally release the pressure. I store the cooked dal in small
Pyrex containers in the freezer. I defrost one at a time and add it to freshly cooked vegetables.
