This is my FAVORITE curry powder, and I've tried many others, including several I made myself. I like the fact that it's not spicy-hot, so I can use a lot of it without burning my heat-intolerant friends away from the table. The flavor is PERFECT, and it's organic. My favorite use is in curry mayonnaise, which I use in a dozen different ways. I've also used it to make gluten-free vegetable pancakes. I use so much of it, I buy it in bulk. Please...PIF, don't ever discontinue this!

Best curry ever!! We have coconut curry chicken at least twice a month. The curry powder from Pure Indian Foods is the best of the best.
