Grassfed Packer Brisket
It was the most delicious and beautiful piece of meat I ever seen. No waste only 1 lb of fat which I will render into beef tallow.

Rib roast
We roasted the rib roast for new year eve. The meat was tender and so flavorful. The roast was aged in fridge for about 16 days prior to roasting. The brisket looks really good and I can't wait to smoke it in the future.
