Pure Fat

I am used to using pork trimmings to make lard, so I was unprepared for the lack of meat and other tissue in this fat. Good news I ended up with a volume of lard roughly equivalent in weight to the fat I purchased. Bad news is I was unprepared for that volume and had to purchase new storage containers. Totally worth it. Thanks for the excellent quality and shipping -- I've already placed another order (different) order with White Oak. Great product and service!
