SALT & PEPPER Beef Jerky

Fell in love with crispy beer jerky in Hawaii and have been looking for a place on the mainland to get it more accessibly. The Hatch Chili flavor is the best beef jerky I’ve ever had and I will be buying it many more times!

I have absolutely loved the Salt and Pepper jerky and have appreciated that there is no added sugars and that it is gluten free due to having celiac disease. I've ordered multiple bags and they have all been great up until this last order. This last bag has a different softer texture where the others have all been consistent in their chip like crispiness and I have had multiple pieces have a gamey flavor which is off putting. I am hoping it's just a one off fluke because otherwise this is my absolute favorite jerky!
