Not a fan of the head strap. Not adjustable for placement on head. Not that comfortable

Seems to give my wife some relief in between visits to the Physical therapist who has the commercial version.

Provided me relief when nothing else was working

Was going to PT and several doctors for neck pain. This is the thing that gave me the most relief. Works great.
