Well worth it!

This was absolutely perfect for my mom’s knee surgery. She keeps it on through the night to reduce the swelling and discomfort. It’s portable so we can move it to different rooms in the house.

Extremely helpful

Power cord is nice and long. Easy for an old lady to put together and work. Cold relief almost instantly. Took care of the swelling and provided much pain relief for my knee. So quiet could barely hear it. So far an excellent experience with a wonderful product. Got the plastic bags, filled those and froze them instead of using ice cubes. Pretty handy. Got 12 of them so i can rotate them and always have plenty backup. Haven't tried the battery pack yet. Overall very impressed and grateful for this product.

The overall issue I have is that it does not get cold enough. I’ve been very disappointed. I have done everything right but it just does not get cold enough. Ice and water does not last long so I went to using freezer bags and still does not get cold enough. My basic knee wrap that was given to me to put in freezer works better
