Right out of the box I finally have a Dutch oven that bakes my sourdough perfectly. This No. Eight Cast Iron Dutch Oven is the best size for the loaf.

I'm using this Dutch oven for everything, and I love it! It's the perfect size for cooking meat and veggies because of the high sides. It doesn't make as much of a mess on the stove. I have the large skillet but I rarely use it now that I have the Dutch oven.
