I love Indian food, but since I was diagnosed with celiac, I've had to make it at home. My food was always lacking something, and this was it. Hing (asafoetida) makes ALL of the difference. It's batch-tested gluten-free which is for sure going to make me a repeat customer.

Adding this to so many foods, and so many varied cuisines. The quintessential flavering/umami element: from coffee, to Chinese Dumplings, to Spaghetti, and to anything else: sunny-side-up eggs, rice with anything, bulgogi, etc. Entered Bharat-cuisine from Arab nations, a thousand years ago - pure gold, and great for the digestive system. Hing/Asafoetida/Asafetida. Referenced in John Wayne movies.
