Tuna Steaks, Yellowfin 1 lb - Skinless

Didn't take a photo, but the tuna pieces this time were not like the ones in the past. The ones in the past I've gotten were very nice steaks, not a lot of sinew. However, these two pieces we got this time were the end pieces and half of it had sinew all throughout! I could barely make 2 bowls of poke with it and had to spoon the rest of the meat off the sinew to make spicy tuna.

Tuna steak was very fresh and of good quality. Made wonderful poke dinner!

Had tuna sashimi and chopped tuna with green onion hand rolls! The fish was so fresh !
