Great as sashimi, always rich even though we are in the summer season and this is northern hemisphere hamachi

As always, the fish is fresh as can be, delivered as though it had literally just been fished out of the ocean! Amazing texture and flavor! I love that I can create my own sashimi dishes without having to leave the comfort of my kitchen -- the ingredients with which one works are the stars of the dish -- and these products do just that!
