Ora King Salmon - 1 Side

Salt and butter were all that was needed to turn this side into a luscious meal for six hungry diners. The fish was tender and was ready in minutes.

It was fun to use up the whole side of salmon- made poke and grilled salmon , seasoned with Maldon flake salt and a squeeze of Meyer lemon. We pan fried the skin and ate that too! It lasted us , a family of 4 with 2 teen boys, 3 days.

The salmon was fantastic! So fresh and flavorful, all we needed to do was put it in the oven. And delivery on Christmas Eve made the busy holidays so easy.
