I love using ancestral beef, especially as a postpartum mom! Not only is it a great source of the extra iron I need but smells and tastes delicious!

Ground beef and liver

Love the ground beef and liver… I would buy more meat if it wasn’t for the shipping cost. Coming all the way from California to Alabama is a lot to have to pay for shipping. But I understand that you have to do that, but I just don’t like having to pay That much for shipping. Hopefully, I will be able to find someone else near by who sells the grass fed beef and liver together. But I enjoy following Five Marys and when I can get there meet, I enjoy it.
