I Love Goats Milk Feta!

I've made over three batches of feta out of goats milk, I raise La Mancha dairy goats and this culture makes a very creamy, buttery and tasty feta cheese. I sell 8 oz Ball brand jars with feta in olive oil with Kalamata olives, red peppers and Italian spices. People can't get enough it's a hit! Of course my girls give very creamy milk as well.
