Feta & Goat Cheese Kit

Hi, Just made my first batch of feta and it could have gone better. There’s nothing wrong with your kit just “operator error”. I decided to use the brine method of recipe but found that the resulting cheese was slimy. Obviously I never dried/compressed it enough before placing in the brine. Netter luck next time

I was successful on the first try, making raw milk feta and chevre. The instructions are simple and easy to follow. Wonderful!

Pretty easy to make and looks good, haven’t tasted it yet. Could have done with more instructions on what the cheese stirring was, also where to drain the cheese and dry it..in the fridge or not?
