Bought this as we wanted to try and start making our own cheeses Great beginner's kick for novices (which we are) There's everything you need with further clear tutorials available online The team are also available to speak to directly, and gave us advice/instructions. Highly recommended I only wish I started my cheese making journey years ago. Looking forward to making hard cheeses
