Gorgeous excellent knives !!

Sharp and works as intended

Used the knife and carving fork on a Filet Mignon fresh off the grill, the knife just glides through the meat smoothly letting me cut off thin slices to distribute to other people. The description on the website did say this is best for small and medium carving chores so I'm not sure how well it will work for large briskets. Nevertheless given how sharp the knife is, I can see it working well.
