The Billydoe meats that i got were excellent! I especially liked the ribeye, beef ribs and ground beef. The sirloin cap steak was good but I was disappointed that it wasn't covered with fat as I thought they were. And the filet mignon was excellent! The order came within a couple days, I think three and it was nice and Frozen. I would love to order more often but I am carnivore and go through this very fast and so it gets very spendy for me. I am also anxious to try your lamb and goat. Thank you for what you do!!
