If you’re not used to salty electrolytes (even flavored ones) it may take a minute to get used to the taste. But once you’re are they are perfect. I add a half scoop to my morning water and then little pinches to the rest of my waters. My teeth love it (it’s not acidic) and I feel great! And the QUALITY is perfect.

A Wellness & Health Journey starts with Hydration

I’m thankful to have mhydrate salt as an addition in my wellness journey. I have tried hydration packets, electrolytes drinks to no progress towards actual hydration. Well water, copper structured water, mhydrate salt, and freshly made fruit water, fresh juicing, along with adding local farm fresh products. These have all been part of things that actual have made a positive difference in feeling hydrated.
