Sourdough Starter NZ – Ready to Bake!

Just been feeding to work in with my schedule. It's had a bit of difficulty moving from warm climate to cold but I think I've overcome and smelling sweet/sour just how I like it and tasting sweet sour too. Thanks Amber a loaf will go in oven tomorrow after spending night in fridge. I have missed my sourdough so much after moving locality.

Sourdough Starter

I fed my starter the moment I recieved it and it rose very well. I use a mix of spelt and wheat. I made a loaf a couple of days later and it worked very well ( despite or maybe because I totally forgot the whole shaping and further proofing step). Very happy.

It was a very good service you provided. Informing of the progress of my order and my order arrived promptly.
