Oh my - add coconut cream and this is bsolutely incredible!

I used this with coconut cream to make a creamy cheesy sauce for stir fried veg and boiled firm tofu (it makes it chewy and absorbs flavor) and oh my, after boycotting pre-made sauces and spices for decades, its wonderful to know there are shortcuts I can use that are healthy and taste delicious! I loved this so much made it again just a few days later!

A big thumbs up from the family. This is an easy and delicious pasta dish to whip up using diced chicken pieces and what every veg you like. I used zucchini inplace of mushrooms as kids not a fan of mushrooms. Yum.
