Jun Kombucha Kit (using organically grown Jun SCOBY)

Prefer standard kombucha

The kit is great and the jun healthy, but having tried for the first time I definately prefer the standard kombucha brew. This is too sweet for me even with 1/4 cup of honey. I just liked the idea of using honey over sugar.

Great colour and scent

This is the first time I've tried brewing kombucha. The mixture looks very rich in colour, and I used good quality honey, so can't wait to see what it tastes like.
