Sauerkraut Spice refill 250gm

So pleased with the results!

Made my first batch of red cabbage and beetroot sauerkraut and it's delicious! Was at first concerned the crock would be too big but I think it will be fine. There is some crazing on the glaze of the weights after the first use that have stains from the red juice so I hope this is not a bacterial harbourer. Otherwise very pleased with its performance.
