Excellent flavor!!

Ordered this for my partner because he has a carnivore lifestyle diet. Very hard to find good quality grass fed grass finish meat where we live. We thought we would try it. He found it to be OK flavor wise, but there were quite a few hard pieces of gristle when it was cooked he commented. Not sure if we will order again.
