Nice flavor
The kielbasa had a very nice flavor however the casings were a little tough and we ran across pieces of grizzle. They were cooked on the grill so don't know if that had anything to do with the toughness of the casing.

Kielbasa
I grew up eating kielbasa. My Dad was Polish and it was his favorite meat. I wish he could have had a chance to try your version . It is FANTASTIC ! BEST EVER! Thank you. David Moss in Cleveland, Ohio.
