Best vinegar I've had

I recently ordered the honey wine vinegar. I'm very pleased with the quality and flavor. I've been using it on everything! Yummy!!!

Not the honey you know

She’s not sweet, she’s sort of in your face, quick tart bite that moves upper forward in your mouth and pulls your top lip in. Works well in an oil dressing with my more bitter leafy greens in salad and by itself on cooked greens. I like it used that way. As for my tablespoon a day habit this one could permanently leave you cross eyed on initial bite. I also missed any semblance of proper enunciation of the first two syllables of what immediately came out of my mouth. Much different than their fruit based or the Maple. In a surprising but good way though. Just be ready and use it right.
