Ribeye’s rock!
The Ribeye from Vermont Wagyu is the most satisfying steak we have had! As a 4 plus year customer, we have tried just about every product they offer but we always come back to this cut. The story of the breeder and farm is as special as their meats! Enjoy!

Vermont Wagyu is some of the highest quality American Wagyu and at a reasonable orice.

The story is great but the meat is the best I’ve ever had
I am a connoisseur of meat, shopping almost exclusively at a 75 year old family owned butcher shop in our neighborhood in Chicago that is legendary. Somehow Facebook knew this about me (maybe my tomahawk ribeye pictures…) and Vermont Wagyu showed up in my “feed”. I had to try it because it combined two of my favorite things in this life: Vermont and red meat. Once I read the story of this amazing farm and having had my share of Kobe and Wagyu I was all in. My daughters will tell you that no matter how expensive and famous the restaurant is, my steak is better so when I served this for Thanksgiving the pressure was on. It was simply the best, most tender steak I’ve ever prepared and among the best I’ve ever had in my life. The story is great but the meat is even better.
