Great set of bands
I have been really liking using these bands. They feel like good quality and seem like they will last a long time. For the most part they are used for stretching/mobility work and strength work, such as lat pull downs and hamstring curls. I have used them for pull ups and they do work well for that. That’s not really the main reason I bought them. What sold me was that it is a 4 pack and they are all black. It took the guess work out trying to decide on bands from another company. Each band is a different width so you can tell which size you want. This was a great purchase and will get many uses out of it.
