Great product!
I have to take a lot of vitamin C daily for chronic sinusitis. If I don’t take this then I have awful sinus headaches. I really benefit from the high concentration. That being said I can take this anyway that I want. I can put it in capsules or in smoothies when my kids are sick and there’s no added junk in it. I love this stuff!
