Excellent bread cheese, mild garlic flavor

Giving this 5 stars because it is an excellent quality bread cheese, although the garlic flavor was a little too mild for some of us strong garlic lovers. It holds its shape well when cooked and is delicious warm or cold. Overall though a very good quality cheese. If you're looking for a really garlicky, excellent quality bread cheese from Wisconsin Cheese Mart, highly recommend the Carr Valley garlic bread cheese.
