Atago Asian Pear

Smaller tree than usual

Surprisingly small Atago pear tree with 1/4" calibre. Last year got a Mirabelle plum tree from Raintree that was strong and was 7/8" calibre. So there were inconsistencies on tree sizes and hit-and-misses ordering trees here. On the good sides the pear tree was in good shape and with lively buds, and this is not an easy-to-find variety that should perform well in the western Washington per WSU extension publications. But I guess I will need another 2 to 3 years to find out.
