Mixed experience
Long time customer of Raintree (former owner & new owner) Purchases always in great condition & have all done well over years. A Bardsley Apple I purchased several years ago has done very well but got hurt during a bad storm & unusually rough winter this past year. Ordered a new one during a recent good sale offer - arrived promptly with an original very nice shape. However, many of the branches - including the primary branch - were broken. Box had plenty of room so perhaps was stored in cramped area pre mailing. ?? Disappointed as it will take a while to get shape back and damaged branches develop new growth.
