These blue light blocking glasses are comfortable to wear on my face and the wrap around style blocks blue light from the sides as well as straight ahead. As expected the colour of TV and other screens is tinted the colour of the lenses but this does not reduce my enjoyment of shows or activities. I am very happy with these glasses and seem to be sleeping better since using them each evening. They are an important part of my sleep hygiene routine.
