When I first used these glasses, I was watching TV and felt my eyes stinging and I put them on and the stinging immediately went away. My eyes relaxed and felt much better. After a while you get used to the orange tint they put on everything but the eyes feel so much better. Sleep seems to be better as well with falling asleep taking less time. Clip on glasses suit me because I use glasses to read. Highly recommended.

Great product

These fit well over my glasses and are an easy was to block out the blue light. Such a great concept and product.
