Make sure you get the right size. I initially got the bigger frames and the kept falling off my lenses and were a bit of nuisance. The smaller ones work a lot better. After a while the lenses get hard to clean. However, they definitely help for eye strain when in front of the PC a lot.

i made a mistake

they don't fit over my prescription glasses and keep slipping off. My mistake. So no very unsure about ordering any pop over glasses for night time.
