I’ve been struggling to fall to sleep for years. I start wearing these as the lights get turned on in our home. I find I’m sleepy a lot earlier and have been falling to sleep in a lot less time. I definitely feel the difference. So much so that I have now purchased the yellow lens ones for low light days and early mornings.
